Our goal is simple, and that is to build great wrestlers on and off the mat. We do that by sharing our love and passion for wrestling with each person that walks into our room. It is our purpose to create an environment in which our wrestlers want to be wrestling. From there we work with each wrestler on their journey to becoming the best version of themself.

2023 Fall Preseason Camp
Get ready for the 2023 - 2024 wrestling season with USA Wrestling's National coach of the year Reece "Highlight" Humphrey. Frog Ninja wrestling camps condense fundamental training, neutral, top, and bottom technique instruction and a ton of fun in just a few days. Commit to the full experience by attending as an overnight camper or attend as a day or extended camper.
The Frog Ninja Camp Series is for wrestlers of all abilities and skill levels. Each wrestler will develop athletically, refine fundamentals and improve their skill on their feet and on the mat.

Camp Check-in
All Campers Check-in: Saturday November 11th between 8:30AM-9:30AM at the Spooky Nook near the Warehouse Hotel entrance
Overnight Campers
Housing & Roommates
Campers will stay in the Warehouse Hotel which is located within the Spooky Nook Sports complex. Campers will stay four campers/room with 2 Queen beds. Limited cots are available to be added to rooms. Campers are assigned by age and roommate requests. If you have a roommate request, and have not already given it to us, please do so as soon as possible. If you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!Bathrooms: Private

The staff will stay in the hotel with the campers and participate in evening activities. Drugs, alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited, and constitute, along with general misconduct, grounds for dismissal from camp without a refund. In rooms by 10:30PM and Lights out at 11:00PMEXTENDED DAY CAMPERS
On the first day of camp, all campers should arrive dressed and ready to wrestle. Drop off and pick up locations will occur just inside the warehouse hotel

Sunday:
♦ All Camper Hours are 9AM-12:30PM.
♦ Lunch is not provided.

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
Cancellation Policy
Due to limited spots and us required to shut down registration once the camp is full we may not always be able to provide a refund.
● Cancel by October 31 to receive a 100% refund
●Cancel after October 31 and your registration will be treated as a credit towards a future camp
Medical Protocal
An athletic tranier will be on site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital
