Practice Plan
Our practices are designed to be as similar as possible to the Penn State off-season wrestling practices
Our typical practice usually consistis of
- A 15 minute game to warm up - Soccer, Speedball, or Ultimate Frisbee
- 5 to 15 minutes of play wrestling
- 15 to 45 minutes of technique
- 30 minutes of live wrestling
- Depending on the day there may be post practice dodgeball
- Our coaching staff will always be available after every practice to help work on technical wrestling or to provide additional drilling and live wrestling

All Members are required to have an active USA Wrestling Membership
Regular USA $40 Membership
