Our goal is simple, and that is to build great wrestlers on and off the mat. How we plan to do that starts with making sure each person that walks into our room loves to wrestle. It is our purpose to create an environment in which our wrestlers want to be wrestling. From there we work with each wrestler to help them accomplish their goals.

The true competition for every wrestle is the battle they face against themself. We want all of our wrestlers to become best version of themself. The best way we have figured out how to accomplish this is for each of our wrestlers to develop a growth mindset.

We place a great emphasis on effort and attitude, since this is what each wrestler can control. Oftentimes, this requires wrestlers to surrender to the short-term outcomes of competition. Everyone faces great challenges, setbacks, and victories. The outcome of our challenges in wrestling do not determine our attitude and effort in our pursuit of our long term goals.

Frog Ninja Wrestling has been helping develop youth and high school wrestlers since 2016. We are grateful and excited to work with all of our wrestlers.
